I've had the opportunity in my time to move into other areas of work but I really love housing – it’s a passion. My dad had a good name in the building industry and I want to continue that name.Honesty and integrity are cornerstones of the business. I like to stand by my word and ensure that I am up front with clients every step of the way. An example of this is making sure there are no scary surprises. I take a lot of time in the pricing stages of the project, using my over 40 years’ experience as well, to ensure that my clients know exactly what their project will cost.
My plan is to continue doing exactly what we are doing.  Our goal is to remain small and deal directly with the individual. Offering a personal service is what building is all about for me.

Building runs in the blood for the Hoskin family. The third generation of the family is now working in the business.

Building was an inescapable career for Wayne. He started training on his dad’s building sites when he was just 14 years old. Wayne has now built on the knowledge his father passed on and clocked up over 40 years’ experience in the industry – something that his customers draw on when they commission Hoskin Builders for their project.

The whole Hoskin family works in the business. Wife Liz takes on the office side of the business while son Braegen is the main man on site leaving Wayne free to look after pricing and project management. Hoskin Builders continues to build on the legacy established by Wayne's father, with Wayne, Liz and Braegen offering a service built on reliability and trust.
